Leading Men Launching at Fontana High School Fall 2026

Ask Sarge Solutions is proud to announce that the Leading Men Program, developed in partnership with Capable Leadership Initiative (CLI), will officially launch at Fontana High School in Fall 2026.

In addition, Capable Leadership Initiative has officially completed the vendor approval process and is now an approved vendor for the Fontana Unified School District, creating opportunities for the Leading Men program to expand districtwide and impact young men across multiple campuses.

This milestone represents more than the launch of a program—it represents the beginning of a long-term investment into the development of young men throughout the Inland Empire.

Leading Men is a leadership and mentorship program designed to intentionally develop boys and young men into disciplined, purpose-driven, and capable leaders through mentorship, accountability, leadership training, and holistic development.

The program was built on the belief that too many young men are growing up unseen, unheard, untrained, and without the consistent guidance needed to confidently transition into capable manhood. Leading Men exists to help change that reality by creating environments where young men are challenged, supported, and equipped to grow academically, emotionally, socially, and personally.

Through structured mentorship and leadership development, participants are encouraged to:

• Build discipline and accountability
• Strengthen confidence and character
• Improve communication and leadership skills
• Develop emotional intelligence and decision-making
• Discover purpose and direction for their future

The success of young men requires more than a single program or organization. Leading Men believes meaningful impact happens when schools, families, mentors, businesses, churches, and community leaders work together toward a common goal.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Fontana Unified School District and Fontana High School in helping develop the next generation of leaders.

While the program begins at Fontana High School, the vision for Leading Men and Capable Leadership Initiative reaches far beyond a single campus. Our goal is to build a scalable leadership development model capable of positively impacting schools, communities, and young men throughout California and beyond.
