With more than two decades of proven leadership experience in the United States Army and nearly two decades in ministry and organizational leadership, Joshua “Sarge” Snyder has dedicated his life to developing people, strengthening teams, and building mission-ready leaders.
Known by many simply as “Sarge,” Joshua built his reputation as a transformational leader — one who specializes in guiding individuals and organizations through growth, accountability, and cultural change. Throughout his military career, he was often entrusted with developing under performing soldiers restoring discipline, confidence, and purpose in those under his charge.
Today, that same leadership philosophy fuels Ask Sarge Solutions' commitment to equip leaders across corporate, government, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors.
